Kids can ride as long as their feet can be flat on the floor of the UTV. 46" is the approximate height, but as stated previously, their feet must be flat on the floor, back against the seat and be able to hold on - we love kids but want to make sure they're safe. Sorry no toddlers or infants.

No, we do not rent any ATVs - Saddle-type vehicles. Only Snowmobiles & UTVs/Side-By-Sides.

We recommend using Polaris Ride Command or OnX Off-Road app for trails otherwise we do have paper maps available.

Up to** **$3,000 damage deposit **HOLD **- on Side-by-sides, $1500 for snowmobiles. Yes, you can split the deposit on more than one credit card and when the vehicle comes back the same way it left, we'll release the funds directly.

*All renters must be 26 years or older. Failure to meet age or deposit requirements per machine on day of arrival will result in forfeiture of rental fees.

Cumualtive Scratches/damage bigger than 2"x3.5" will be charged.

Generally speaking, if everything on your ride went smoothly, we will release your deposit that day and you could see it returned within 24 hours. This duration depends on your bank.

Depending on the extent of the damage, we will estimate the cost of labor/parts and take only that amount from your damage deposit - not to exceed that amount if you have followed the waiver.

If the machine is rolled or tipped on its side, or runs into a tree, we will most likely secure the deposit for damages incurred.

Flat Tires (UTV) & Drive Belts are considered damage and are the financial responsibility of the renter. Rescue charge if retrieval or off-site repairs are required will is $150 trip charge plus $2/mile. Off-site labor/repair rate is $110/hour.

Renters that cause damage to vehicles that result in loss of use may be additionally charged up to 14 days for lost revenue due to cancelled reservation(s) that directly result from their damage.

Any varianace from these policies is at the sole discretion of the outfitter.

We do not provide trailers for your rentals... this would not be not covered by insurance.

The State of Wisconsin requires anyone 18 years or younger to wear a helmet enforcable by law. Our waiver says to stay compliant, you must be wearing your helmet at all times while the vehicle is moving. We provide DOT approved helmets at no charge to you. If you have your own DOT approved helmet, you are welcome to bring your own and use it instead.

Our trails consist of a mix of gravel, sand, and mud. There are several mud holes as well.

Depending on the weather, the trails can become muddy. You can avoid getting covered in mud by slowing down, and going around or slowing down through the water holes. We do have a "Cleaning Waiver" and excessively mudded machines will be charged a cleaning fee based on overall condition and time required to clean each machine.

In the fall weather, we recommend bringing a light vinyl jacket, gloves, and dress in layers as the cool fall mornings make way for spectacular afternoons of fall colors. You can bring a cooler for drinks/snacks, bungees or tie-down straps for your gear, and a change of clothes when you return.Suntan lotion, bug spray - most bugs/mosquitos can't keep up...Helmets/Goggles are provided and required to be worn.

We will automatically keep the full damage deposit. This is standard procedure for our industry.

We request reservations 72 hours in advance, but at a minimum of 24 hours before arrival time. We strive to insure our machines are in exceptional condition when you pick them up. We normally bring our machines inside the night before and wipe them down so they are clean and ready when you come in. If you are booking with less than 24 hours notice, we would ask that you call in advance to book manually or text us to insure we are prepared for you when you arrive. Thank you for your consideration.

After the designated arrival time, we offer a 15 minute grace period. Beyond this, you’ll be charged $100/hour per machine from the originally designated time.

Cancel more than 14 days of the scheduled date of arrival for a full refund.  Within 72 hours of arrival time, a $100 per reserved day per machine cancellation fee will apply and a raincheck/gift certificate for a future date in lieu of refund via credit card. Same day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of entire rental fee for length of reservation.

All Full Day rentals will go out before 9:00 am and will be returned before 5:00pm. Early half days will be picked up before 9:00an and returned before 1:00pm. Late half day rentals are picked up before 1:00pm and returned before 5:00pm.  All Rentals fo out with a 100% full tank of Premium Non-Ethanol Fuel and will be returned 100% full of fuel or will be charged a fuel refill surcharge.   A 15 minute grace will be granted for late returns, after which a $100 per hour late charge will apply from the original scheduled return time.  The same late return fee applies to 1/2 day rentals returned after the scheduled return time.

Absolutely! 10% is our weekday discount to our police, firefighters, first-responders and currently active or retired servicemen and women.(Discount does not apply to "Best Value" rates or on half-days, holidays or weekends). Must be noted at time of booking with an online reservation and the registered driver Just needs to show us your valid card/badge - discount given at check-in. We appreciate your service!

Yes, as long as they meet our minimum age/certification requirements and have completed a waiver, anyone over 18 years old can drive your rental. If you let somebody who has not completed a waiver drive your rental, you will be liable for 100% of all costs for damages, even beyond your damage deposit. Everyone must be 26+ to rent, 18+ to drive with parent and have ATV Certification.

Delivery is generally not available, dependent on circumstances.  When scheduled in advance, delivery each way will be $150 roundtrip plus $2/mile (per google maps) from our shop to your delivery location and the same charge again for pickup. $150 for a lost key (with delivery), helmets $150, Goggles/glasses $50, Missing Drain Plug $26 Missing/Broken Firestik $100, Missing Safety Flag $20, Broken Mirror $20, Center Cap on a Wheel, $60 Heavily scratched windshield replacement $275 Full Windshield $475 Primary Drive Belt Failure & Flat Tire are considered damage and a replacement fee will apply. Damage Repair Labor Cost $110/hr with a 2 hour minimum. Excessive mud/cleaning will be levied a one hour minimum cleaning fee at the discretion of the outfitter within 72 hours of the return date. Machines leave full of gas (Non-Ethanol, High Octane) and if returned less than full, will be charged a $1.50 per gallon fuel surcharge plus a $10 fueling fee.
